Summary
Seubert is looking to add personable, driven, and goal-oriented consultant to join our Surety Bonds sales team. Ideal candidates must work well under pressure and be willing to take risks. Individuals who have a “hunter” mentality, that are comfortable cold-calling prospects and building relationships from scratch, who also have a hunger for success will go far. Additional qualities should include self-discipline, persistence, resilience, and grit. In this position, which falls under the direction of the President, you will create and maintain a book of business by soliciting, developing, marketing, and selling new and renewal business in accordance with applicable state insurance regulations for all product lines; while working closely with account managers to handle your clients’ needs.
