Client Service Associate

Department: Administration
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Summary

Under the direction of the Human Resources Director; you will be the face and voice of Seubert & Associates, Inc. You will be responsible for handling the front-line office activities of the Agency. To include: Receptionist duties, assisting departments with billing and Notices of Cancellation, processing mail, and coordinating office operations and supplies. You will also have the opportunity to explore other departments within the organization with the goal to obtain your insurance license and transition into a service role within one year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following: other duties may be assigned:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Answer questions about Seubert and provide callers with our address, directions, and other information
  • Meet the minimum Agency standards for telephone activity such as efficiency at answering incoming calls, I.E., a three-ring minimum for calls that are connected but unanswered
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Receive, open, sort and route mail to proper Agency personnel. Run all outgoing mail through postage machine and take to Post Office at the end of the day
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-stocked and functional. Communicate with Lead Administrative Operations Coordinator when supplies are low or need to be reordered
  • Assist departments with all other workflow-related tasks as required

Qualifications

Drivers License Required

Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma with one to three months related experience and/or training

*This position is on-site. The Client Service Associate is required to be in-office 5 days per week.
