Benefits Well-Being & Engagement Consultant

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Summary

Under the direction of the Vice President of Benefits Operations; provide superior service in expanding and leading our client’s well-being and employee engagement strategies and initiatives, improving the well-being of their workforce and developing/managing client specific wellness programs using data driven solutions and engaging client’s employees in these programs and/or their group benefits programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support department strategic goals, including advancing the Seubert well-being brand and enhancing industry visibility.

  • Partner with the internal consulting team to lead client well-being program development, incorporating data-driven risk mitigation strategies.

  • Design and track outcome-oriented client wellness programs that deliver quantifiable return on investment.

  • Leverage Seubert’s advanced data analytics platform to analyze claims & demographic data, generate utilization reports, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of clients’ wellness/risk mitigation efforts.

  • Design multi-year well-being programs aligned with performance objectives and financial parameters.

  • Oversee the selection, evaluation, and deployment of wellness vendor solutions tailored to individual client requirements.

  • Direct program rollouts utilizing innovative concepts and approaches to foster employee engagement and shared goals.

  • Regularly assess Seubert’s ASO book-of-business data analytics to align niche market solutions.

  • Create customized engagement plans to drive participation in client wellness and benefits initiatives, developing and delivering targeted content using Seubert and carrier partner assets.

Certificates/Licenses/Education

- Life & Health Insurance License Required

- Bachelor’s Degree Required

This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office attendance three (3) days per week; specific days may be determined in coordination with team leaders.
